Boomer blue was is very nice condition and the tracks on the rest of cowhorn appear to be recently set. Gusty winds today knocked down a few limbs and one tree near the hill by the outhouse. Snow was soft in the sun today, but no bare spots yet!

Trails were groomed, tracks for classic were great most of the trails. Great ski today from Wendigo access to cowhorn.

Absolutely glorious skiing in beautifully set tracks! New snow covering the ice. It was a little tricky climbing steep hills; poles slipped out. It was so nice to have all trail sections open, including the fun run from the shelter back to the Boomer Blue trail. A sign at the parking lot indicates there may be traps set along the Boomer Blue trail, so beware if you ski with an unleashed dog.
